Essential Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls from various individuals, whether it be the patient, a provider, or an insurance company. Duties also include updating accounts and refiling claims to insurances, making payment arrangements, and reviewing accounts to determine cause of non-payments. Provide exercise prescription to patients. Perform stretches.
Perform exercise management and patient care services. Need someone well organized, have excellent time management and communication skills, and pay close attention to detail. Candidate must take pride in providing quality services, ensuring they have taken all measures possible to resolve the patients concerns. Must enjoy helping people, and feel a sense of accomplishment when issues are resolved.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in the Healthcare industry and/or commercial sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language.
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages.
- Excellent negotiation & closing skills
- Strong presentation and relationship building skills
- Excellent computer and analytical skills
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team
- Must be willing to be located in North Carolina
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
