Goldsboro Spine Center was established on November 1, 2004 by the Gambacortas at 505 Spence Ave Goldsboro, NC. The practice has relocated at 605 Spence Avenue, Goldsboro, NC on 2009. On September 12, 2016, Dr. Wayne P. Wagner, B.S., M.S., D.C. bought the practice. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in Chiropractic from Life University.

Care is provided to a patient population of diverse occupation and income who primarily reside or are employed within a 25 to 30 mile radius of the practice, including the but not limited to the Wayne, Greene, Wilson, Lenoir and Johnston County communities of Goldsboro, Fremont, Dudley, LaGrange, Hookerton, Mount Olive, Pikeville, Princeton, Seven Springs, Selma, Snow Hill, Pink Hill, Lucama, Kenly, Deep Run and Kinston.
Wayne County, the core of the practice, has a population of 122,623. Goldsboro is the principal city and the county seat. It is home to the Seymour Johnson Air Force base.
The practice occupies a total of 4,822 square feet in adjacent suites in a free standing building one half mile from Highway 70. The practice is located in the main business and shopping district of Goldsboro. We are on the same road as Walmart, in front of Circle K gas station and Health Habit food store.
There is ample on-site parking for patients and staff.
The office is HIPAA compliant and computerized, utilizing Chirofusion software.
Adjusting techniques utilized in the practice include Diversified, Thompson, Activator and Cox. Supportive procedures, such as electrical muscle stimulation, traction, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercises, heat, ice, power plate, wobble board, bands, balls and weights, are an adjunct to the program of chiropractic adjustment.
The practice is open for patient care Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
The practice is a participating Medicare provider. The practice is also in network with most major insurance including Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna.
