Chiropractic Assistant / Rehab Aide
Support patient care through exercise prescription, rehabilitation exercises, stretches, and therapy assistance.
Receptionist / Financial Coordinator
Manage front desk operations, handle insurance coordination, patient accounts, and ensure seamless office communication.
What You’ll Do
Essential Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls from patients, providers, and insurance companies with professionalism and warmth.
Updating accounts, refiling claims to insurances, making payment arrangements, and reviewing accounts to determine cause of non-payments.
Provide exercise prescription to patients, perform stretches, and deliver exercise management and patient care services.
Maintain excellent time management and communication skills with close attention to detail across all duties.

Requirements
Qualifications

Previous experience in the Healthcare industry and/or commercial sales

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction

Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages

Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization

Strong presentation and relationship building skills

Excellent computer and analytical skills

Must be willing to be located in North Carolina
